The repaired bearing should meet the following quality inspection regulations:

(1) No burns, cracks, rust and metal fatigue peeling layer are allowed on the working surface of the rings and rolling elements;

(2) The size difference of the rolling elements should be kept within a certain range;

(3) The cage is not allowed to have cracks, burrs and deformation, and no riveting, loose riveting and leaking riveting are allowed;

(4) The roughness of the working surface and mating surface of the rings and rolling elements should meet the corresponding regulations;

(5) The dimensional deviation and rotation accuracy of the bearing should meet the requirements of relevant standards;

(6) Bearing rotation must be flexible, and no sudden stop of cargo jamming is not allowed;

The following defects are allowed on the mating surface:

(1) Turning fine lines with a length not exceeding 1/3 of the circumference; side-by-side turning fine lines with a width not exceeding 1/4 of the ring width and a length not exceeding 1/4 of the circumference;

(2) Individual rough grinding marks;

(3) 1 to 2 small spots left by oxidative peeling;

(4) Eliminate the traces left by rust and minor bruises.
